Raman is off to an acceptable start to his run and has built up a stack of ~135k midway through Level 8. Raman is a staple contender here at the Big Stax series and is looking to improve on his 28th place run in the 500 Main Event during his last visit. He also notched his largest career score in this very event taking 4th for $23,735 at Big Stax XVI. In total, Raman has ~$119k in career earnings and plenty of experience to draw from his success here at Parx.
Stillings just had to relinquish a small pot on a board that red 3x8x3x3x to her opponent but that is just a small speed bump for her early in Day 1B. She is working with ~140k and at the time was leading the females in the field.
Stillings has ~$10k in live earnings and her best score comes from a Big Stax side event. She took 5th in a $300 Deepstack Turbo Bounty at Big Stax XIII for $3,266 and the occasional tournament player will be looking to add a new best score this weekend.
