The bubble has burst in the 300 Main Event and the shorter stacks are busting very quickly now that they are guaranteed $705 for a min cash. Results for each spot on the pay-scale will be posted as soon as they are available.
Dauti took the chip-lead into Level 18 with ~845k after starting Day 2 in 4th place with 493k. Dauti is looking for his second 300 Main Event Final Table after previously finishing 8th in this event at Big Stax XIX for $8,638. He also has a 14th for $4,029 giving him plenty of experience at grinding through this long Day 2 session.
Desai was the only other new face above the 800k mark and started Level 18 in the Top 5. He has $35k in live earnings and and some decent runs in the 300 Main Event under his belt. Desai’s best finish was 15th for $3,400 back at Big Stax VI and he will be looking to recreate that run over the next two days and potentially breakthrough for his first major score.
