Goldberg returns from dinner in 7th out of 59 players with 1.36M. He has been on the verge of making a Big Stax Main Event Final Table but keeps falling just short. Since December 2016, he has a 21st, 22nd, and 26th in the 300 Main Event and a 19th in the 500 Main Event. Goldberg will once again have a shot at Day 3 play should he continue his good run over the final three levels this evening.
Goldberg has Sumeet Wayachal (1.4M) sitting two seats to his left as the only other large stack in his rotation for the time being. Jose Montes (~800k) and Andy Spears (~550k) are also at his table creating a pretty tough lineup for Goldberg to contend with.
