Itzik Shamailov is in 2nd place with ~300k and is about 100k clear of the rest of the field. Shamailov cashed his first tournament earlier this year at Borgata and is now in search of his 2nd career cash and 1st major score. Should he continue on this pace, he will easily find a bag by the end of Level 15 and punch his ticket into Day 2 play.
Augi Oliva is the only other stack at 200k and has one player nipping at his heels on the leader-board.
That player is Dan Daconti with ~195k. Daconti is seated with current chip-leader Chris Csik (~325k) and comes into Level 10 with over 160 big blinds. Daconti was featured last week after building a stack early in Day 1 and managed to continue into Day 2 and finish 79th for $1,064. Daconti will now hope to find himself in a similar situation but breakthrough for his 2nd Big Stax Final Table this weekend.
