A slightly tilted Giuseppe Lomuscio just found fortune in the river against Soheb Porbandarwala to win back about 5 mi in chips. A K high flop Lomuscio flopped middle pair with 910 and called a 2.2 mi bet going to the river and hit a 9 for 2 pair and was able to get another close to 3M out of a river bet.
A bit later pre flop Michael Hager opened to 250k mid position and called by Carter McMahon, Lomuscio in the blinds 3 bet to 1.5M and Hager called.
Flop: 82ss5h Lomuscio led for 1M and Hager went all in for 3.4285M and Lomuscio tanked and folded.
Hager wins the pot and shows down pocket Queens.
