The chip lead of Brian Sherrier who had crossed the 2 million mark, was held briefly, when he missed his 13 outer from the flop to double up Bala Patur.  Patur had come to the table well chipped up, then was back down around 625k.   Brian Sherrier opened from the hijack to 25k, Patur from the button raised to 75k, and BB along with Sherrier called.

Flop: 6♦5♠2♠ action checked to Patur who led out 125k, BB folds, Sherrier goes all in, and a quick call from Patur for his remaining 499k, showing down his 10♦10♠ to Sherrier’s J♠6♠.  Although currently behind, with a spade, J, or 6 to help him, he’s basically a coin flip to win the hand, but the Q♣ turn and 9♦ river give him no help, to double up Patur and give us a new chip leader, James Hundt, who has roughly 1.9 million in chips.
