Day 1a started on time at 11am in Parx East. It will be interesting to see if we can match the 2,805 entry record pace of this event last August. As of right now, we are projecting slightly lower, perhaps in the 2500-2600 range, but it is still very early. This $300 event will see the Big Stax debut of the popular Big Blind Ante format. We will continue to periodically update the field size throughout the night and post the chip counts after we bag and tag after level 15.
Does the ‘Big Blind Ante format’ use ante first logic or ante first logic?
No, when a player is all in on his Big Blind, the BB will come out first, even if the player does not have enough for the ante. Does that answer your question?
