Neal Gay’s last tournament here at Parx ended with a 6th place finish in the 1500 Main Event just a couple months ago. He starts his bid for back to back Final Tables today and is off to an excellent start. Gay is working with ~190k which is currently among the Top 5 stacks in the room.
After earning $24,585 for his 6th place finish, Gay increased his career earnings to ~$99k with two more five-digit scores in September. He finished 31st in the WPT Borgata Main Event for $14,132 and 18th in the Maryland Live 3500 Main Event for $18,300. Those two runs fell just short of a major Final Table but making another deep run at Parx could easily make up for those near misses.
