Rick Ruffman started Day 2 with 217k and is now approaching the 1M chip mark. He recently moved from an outer table and is posted up on a deep table that will not be breaking for some time. Sheldon Gross sits two to his right with over 1M chips as well as James Allie with a stack over 700k on the opposite end of the felt. Ruffman certainly has a nice seat with the potential to build a huge stack if he gets mixed up with one of the other leaders in his orbit.
Ruffman has some tournament experience to work with as well. He has earned $60.5k in live events and his last cash was a Final Table showing. He finished 6th in the Borgata Saturday Series for $6,692.
