The BMW Motorsport hat has been busy this series. Juan Nieto Rodriguez took it all the way to 8th in the 1100 and now Chris Caruso is sporting an identical hat in the 500 Main Event. Caruso is off to an excellent start as well with ~150k betting units in his arsenal.
Caruso has ~148k in live winnings and has a really close call in the Big Stax 500 as well. He finished 11th in the Big Stax XVIII running of the 500 for $6,643. That means he stone-bubbled the Final Table and a shot at an even bigger payday. Caruso will look for redemption this weekend and sitting well above average during Day 1 is a good way to make another deep run in the 500 Main Event.
