Maksim Serebrinskiy cracked the Top 5 through six levels and has since been on a roller-coaster ride. Currently, he has ~260k but since making the initial chip-counts, he has been as low as 60k-80k. He bounced back quickly however, and will take a Top 5 stack into the dinner break.
Serebrinskiy is only an occasional tournament player and hasn’t posted a cash since 2015. In total, he has just six scores on his resume, but one of them was a significant prize. He finished 5th in a Borgata Kick-Off Event, earning $61,314 for his finish. That gives Serebrinskiy some experience on the big stage and he will hope to replicate that run here at Parx.
