Dhaval Joshi is at ~200k which at this moment is one of the top stacks in the room. No one has made a huge jump early and compared to yesterday the field is a bit behind. Mike Kemeter had hit 280k before dinner break and no one has touched that number nearly a full level into the post-dinner session.
Joshi has been on a bit of a run over the last month after taking 4th in the Big Stax 300 last December. After banking $25,962 from that finish he had this solid month at the Borgata Spring Poker Open:
In just over a week of play, Joshi made three final tables and racked up another $71k in live earnings. That brings his career total to $215k and also brings a lot of recent success to build off of this month in the Big Stax XXI series.
