Fishberg has been cruising all day after an early double up with KxKx against AKs. He faded 15 outs on the river to stay alive and double up. Since then, he has been navigating the field very well and went on a quick run post-dinner.
Fishberg opened to 325k from middle position and was called by Khirani in the big blind. The flop came KxTx7x and Fish continued after a check with a bet of 275k and was called. The turn went check/check on the 8x and then Khirani led the 4x river for 475k. Fishberg made the call with Ax4x and was good against the QxJx of Khirani.
That caps off a run of three straight wins in Fishberg’s late position spots. He is off to an excellent start post-dinner and hopes to keep the momentum moving in the right direction.
