Dos Santos is a defending champion of this event after taking 1st place in a 3-way chop of the Big Stax XX 300. He took home the lion’s share of the chop, $68,250 and the trophy. He went on to win the WPTDeepstacks Player of the Series as well. He didn’t slow down either, going to the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown and taking a 1st place in the $1650 Purple Chip Bounty Event for $31,656.
Dos Santos looks to go back to back in the 300 Main Event and after taking a long time to get a big stack, he is now a threat to the rest of the field.
