Andy Santiago(Left) vs Michael Azzaro, Day 2 Level 16

Santiago and Azzaro were the first two to clash at the table. Azzaro opened the pot from under the gun and Santiago defended his big blind.

Flop: Q♦7♠K♠ Pot: ~27k

On the flop Santiago checked and Azzaro fired 13k. Santiago raised to 33k and was called.

Turn: 10♦ Pot: ~93k

Here is where the action got heavy. Santiago continued on the turn with a bet of 55k prompting Azzaro to move all-in for 300.5k total. Santiago didn’t waste much time before making they call and they tabled their hands.

Santiago 7♦7♣ vs Azzaro A♠J♦ Pot: ~694k

River: 2♣

The river did not pair the board and Azzaro gets a full double up through Santiago. Santiago is extremely short after the hand after starting Day 2 with 328k and will be under immediate pressure going forward. Azzaro moves way up the leader-board and is now among the biggest stacks in the field with ~700k.
